What the app stores

Everything you enter — box codes, names, locations, contents and photos — is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. None of it leaves your phone unless you explicitly export a backup and choose where to send it yourself.

Permissions

Camera — used for two things: scanning QR labels, and taking a photo of a box when you tap the photo button. Images from the camera are written directly into the app's private storage. The camera is never used in the background.

The app requests no other permissions. It has no internet access, no location access, and no access to your contacts, files or gallery beyond the single image you pick yourself through the system photo picker.

Analytics, ads and tracking

There are none. No analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporting service, no third-party libraries that phone home. There is no account and no sign-up.

Backups you create

The export function produces a ZIP file containing your data and photos. Once you share or save that file, it is entirely under your control — where it goes and who can read it is your decision. The app itself does not upload it anywhere.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the app removes all of it. There is no server-side copy to request the deletion of, because there is no server.

This website

This site is a handful of static pages. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Your language is chosen from the Accept-Language header your browser already sends with every request; nothing about that is stored. Your hosting provider keeps ordinary server access logs, as every web server does.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the app ever gains a feature that changes any of the above, this page will be updated before that version is published.
